Warden

Formerly Druid — see README.md for the naming history. Unrelated to Harrower’s own separate earlier “Warden” naming.

Concept, not a write-up: a primal spellcaster (“tamer of primal forces”) built around a spirit-companion resource called Wildspark, gained via a level-1 Invoke Spirit feature. Access to Primal or Holy magic. Profession Resource property is blank in the source.

Placeholder only — deliberately not migrated. The source page carries three separate, incompatible sketches for how the spirit-companion system should actually work, with core sub-sections left as empty toggles:

  1. A spirit companion with its own point-pool (Wildspark) spent on evolving forms/abilities (the most fleshed-out sketch — one full spirit, “Sylva Fydai,” with three example abilities).
  2. A primal totem that spells can draw from and that provides an area aura.
  3. A rune-carving system (Sigil medium, carved runes granting passive/burst benefits, “kind of like invocations”).

This isn’t a migration gap — it needs a real Warden design session to pick one direction before there’s anything coherent to write down. Already tracked as genuinely blocking /moments/combat/actions/invoke-spirit.md. See design/design-debt.md and design/open-questions.md.

Other name ideas considered in the source: Sigil, Shaman, Verdanti, Wylder, Astrum, Droki, Nodoki, Unjoro, Unkai, Ardryn, Keeper, Druid.

5 Paths linked in Notion — not resolved or migrated as part of this placeholder.
